PAID CONSULTATION (UP TO 30 MINUTES)

Fidlon Legal offers a paid consultation with Attorney Greg Fidlon by phone for up to 30 minutes for a fee of $250. After paying the fee, you will have access to Mr. Fidlon's calendar to schedule the time most convenient for you. This is appropriate for high priority, time-sensitive situations, or when you need a contract or documents reviewed (e.g., severance agreement, non-compete or employment contract). You can typically book the consultation as soon as the next business day, depending on availability. Please note that your documents will be reviewed live during the telephone consultation (not in advance).

IMPORTANT FEE TERMS & DISCLOSURES:
The $250 is a flat fee for the consultation and is considered fully earned upon receipt to secure your appointment and Mr. Fidlon's availability. Per applicable professional ethics rules, you may still be entitled to a refund if the firm fails to complete the consultation. However, please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is considered a non-refundable cancellation charge.
