Terms & Conditions

• The $500 fee reserves up to 60 minutes of Mr. Fidlon's time. It does not guarantee that the consultation will last for the entire reserved period. If the issues are fully addressed sooner or there is nothing further to discuss, the consultation may conclude early.
• Because the fee is paid to reserve the attorney's time, unused consultation time is not refundable, transferable, or creditable toward a future consultation or other legal services.
• Documents are reviewed live during the consultation, not in advance.
• The consultation fee and is considered fully earned upon receipt to secure your appointment and Mr. Fidlon's availability. Per applicable professional ethics rules, you may still be entitled to a refund if the firm fails to complete the consultation. However, please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the fee is considered a non-refundable cancellation charge.
• Payment does not engage the Firm for ongoing representation. Any further legal services require a separate written engagement agreement.
• Your appointment is not confirmed until payment and final scheduling are completed. The Same-Day / Evening option expands access when available, but does not guarantee a particular appointment time. You must check the preview calendar to confirm availability.
